Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Autoblogging.dev (“Service”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By installing our plugin, purchasing credits, or using any part of our Service, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Autoblogging.dev provides a WordPress plugin and associated backend API that generates SEO-optimised articles using artificial intelligence and publishes them automatically to your WordPress website. The Service operates on a credit-based system where each successful article generation consumes one credit from your account balance.

2. Credits and Payments

2.1 Credit Packs. Credits are purchased in packs via Stripe. All prices are in United States Dollars (USD). The current pack pricing is displayed inside your WordPress plugin under Credits & License.

2.2 Non-Refundable Digital Goods. ALL CREDIT PURCHASES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. Credits are digital goods that are consumed immediately upon successful article generation. By completing a purchase and ticking the agreement checkbox, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

  • Credits are non-refundable digital goods
  • The service is delivered immediately and digitally upon article generation
  • No refunds will be issued for unused credits under any circumstances
  • No refunds will be issued for credits consumed by successfully generated articles
  • Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback for delivered digital services may constitute fraud

2.3 Credit Expiry. Credits do not expire. Your balance remains available indefinitely regardless of account inactivity.

2.4 Charged on Success Only. You are only charged one credit when an article is successfully generated and delivered to your WordPress site. Failed generations do not consume credits.

2.5 Trial Pack. The Trial pack (20 credits for $5.00 USD) is available once per license key. A second trial pack purchase will be automatically declined.

3. License and Accounts

3.1 License Key. Upon plugin activation, a license key is automatically issued to your WordPress admin email address. This license key is tied to your account and cannot be transferred to another person or website without written permission from Autoblogging.dev.

3.2 One License Per Site. Each license key is intended for use on one WordPress installation. Using a single license key across multiple websites is not permitted.

3.3 Account Suspension. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any license key at our discretion if we determine misuse, fraud, chargebacks, or violation of these Terms. No refund will be issued upon suspension for violations.

4. Service Delivery and Proof of Delivery

4.1 Generation Logs. Every article generated through our Service is logged in our database with a timestamp, your license key, your email address, the article title, word count, and the category it was published to. These logs constitute proof of service delivery.

4.2 Agreement Records. When you tick the agreement checkbox prior to purchase, we record your email address, IP address, WordPress site URL, the exact timestamp, and the full text of the agreement you accepted. These records are retained indefinitely and may be submitted to Stripe, financial institutions, or legal authorities in the event of a dispute.

4.3 Dispute Evidence. In the event of a Stripe dispute or chargeback, we will submit the following as evidence of service delivery: agreement records with timestamp and IP address, generation logs showing articles produced, and any other relevant server-side data. We cooperate fully with Stripe Seller Protection processes.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or violates any third-party rights
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the plugin or backend API
  • Automate purchases or abuse the trial pack system
  • Use the Service in any way that places excessive load on our infrastructure
  • Resell or redistribute generated content as your own product or SaaS service without written permission

6. Content Ownership

Articles generated by the Service and published to your WordPress site are owned by you. We claim no ownership over generated content. You are solely responsible for ensuring generated content complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to copyright, defamation, and advertising standards.

7. Service Availability

We aim to maintain high availability of our Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any loss of revenue, traffic, or rankings resulting from temporary service outages, API failures, or scheduled maintenance. In the event of extended downtime caused by our infrastructure, we may at our discretion issue credit compensation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Autoblogging.dev and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid for credits in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that generated articles will achieve specific search engine rankings, traffic levels, or business outcomes.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
